If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item
 
1. Email us at info@delushpolish.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery (as provided via USPS).

2. Indicate your name, order number, and if a refund, store credit or a replacement is preferred.

3. Provide a photo documenting the issue.

All returns will be inspected and Delush Polish reserves the right to deny a refund based on the returned item(s) conditions. If a refund is granted, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
